It was a special  treat
to watch one of Kareem's favorite movies with him.  He would always add his commentary about how long he stood in line to see it at the first showing in Westwood, how old he was when he saw it, how much money it made, and on and on, with fact after amazing fact.

Films

Anyone who was a Netflix friend of Kareem's would know that he had hundreds of films that he gave top honors to. 

There wasn't a film produced that Kareem didn't know about or hadn't watched.  You could describe a scene or name off a few actors or character names and he could "Name That Film" in an instant.  Nobody did it better.  He was our film reference, our film library resource, our film critic, his talent was unmatched.
